Case Studies
Case studies here are illustrative and de-identified. We publish only documented examples with verified details. We do not invent customer names, challenges, timelines, or outcomes.
How we approach case studies
A useful case study should help you understand a real situation without misleading you. Ours follow a consistent structure so you can see the type of timeshare, what was done, what happened, and — importantly — the limitations.
Until documented, verified examples are approved for publication, the entries below are unpublished templates that show the structure each case study will follow.
What each case study documents
- Ownership type (deeded, points, right-to-use, or other)
- Paid-off or financed status
- Anonymized customer challenge
- Documented actions taken
- Documented resolution
- Documented timeline
- Honest limitations and constraints
- Unique factors specific to the situation
- A results-vary disclaimer

Results-vary disclaimer
Every timeshare situation is different. Any example we eventually publish is illustrative only. It is not a promise or prediction. Outcomes depend on your contract, resort, ownership type, payment status, and state law, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
