Exit My Share is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and does not represent consumers in any legal matter.

Exit My Share cooperates with independent attorneys and independent law firms (together, our “attorney network” or “legal-services partners”). Participating attorneys are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, in-house counsel, or representatives of Exit My Share, and Exit My Share does not control any attorney’s professional judgment. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances in which we may share it, including with independent attorneys and law firms that may evaluate your matter.

3. Information Consumers Provide

You may choose to provide information directly to us, for example when you complete an intake or consultation form, request information, or communicate with us. The information you provide may include:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, and general location (such as your state).
• Information about your timeshare ownership and circumstances, such as the resort or developer name, ownership type, purchase details, loan or payment status, and maintenance-fee status.
• A description of your situation and your goals, and any documents or details you choose to submit.
• Your communication preferences and any consents you provide.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers through our forms. We do not request this information to begin a review.

Submitting a form, speaking with us, or being connected to an independent attorney or law firm does not create an attorney-client relationship with Exit My Share. Exit My Share is not a law firm and cannot form an attorney-client relationship with you.

An attorney-client relationship, if any, is formed only between you and an independent attorney or law firm, and only under that attorney’s or firm’s own separate engagement terms after the attorney or firm agrees to represent you. Information you share with Exit My Share before an attorney agrees to represent you may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

9. Financial Relationship With Participating Attorneys

Exit My Share may receive compensation in connection with marketing, advertising, lead-generation, intake, technology, referral, or connection services, where permitted by applicable law. This means Exit My Share may be compensated when consumers are connected with participating independent attorneys or law firms.

Any compensation arrangement does not increase the fees you pay to an independent attorney or law firm beyond what you separately agree to with that attorney or firm, and it does not give Exit My Share any control over an attorney’s independent professional judgment. Specific compensation terms are governed by our agreements with participating legal-services partners and applicable professional-responsibility rules.

Beyond independent attorneys and law firms, we may share information with:

• Service providers and vendors that support our operations, such as hosting, communications, telephony, customer-relationship management, and analytics providers, which are bound to protect the information.
