Timeshare Exit Services

Exit My Share helps timeshare owners understand their situation and the exit options that may realistically apply to it. Our services begin with a free, no-pressure review of your contract and circumstances, and we explain what is and is not possible in plain language. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we never guarantee cancellation.

How our services work

Every timeshare situation is different, so we do not sell a single program that supposedly fits everyone. Instead, we start by understanding your specific contract, resort or developer, ownership type, payment status, and the state law connected to your agreement. From there we explain which exit paths are realistic and which are not.

Our role is to help you make an informed decision. Some owners are still within a rescission window and can cancel a recent purchase directly. Others may be candidates for a developer deed-back or surrender program. Some situations call for a licensed attorney, and some are best resolved by resale or transfer. We tell you honestly where you stand.

What our services include

A typical engagement can include some or all of the following, depending on your situation:

  • A free review of your contract and documents to identify realistic options
  • A plain-language explanation of deed-back, surrender, resale, transfer, and attorney-assisted paths
  • Guidance on locating cancellation or rescission language in your own agreement
  • Help understanding how paid-off versus financed status affects your options
  • Referral considerations when a licensed attorney is the appropriate next step
  • Transparent explanation of cost factors before you commit to anything

What we do not do

Being clear about our limits protects you as much as it protects us:

  • We do not guarantee cancellation, a 100% success rate, or a fixed timeline
  • We do not advise anyone to stop paying loans or maintenance fees
  • We do not provide legal advice or act as your attorney
  • We do not publish or promise one-size-fits-all pricing
  • We do not use resort logos or imply affiliation with any developer

Choosing the right service for your situation

Use the service pages below to explore the option most relevant to you. If your timeshare is paid off, start with paid-off exit; if you still owe a balance, review financed exit and the lender considerations it involves. Inherited an interest? The inherited-assistance page covers probate and disclaimer considerations. If you believe the sale involved misrepresentation, the sales-misrepresentation review page explains how those situations are evaluated.

When you are unsure where to begin, request a free review and we will point you to the path that fits your documents and circumstances.
